Our Zasman Vet/Medivet Partnership has eight branches across North London.

You will work alongside other vets and a team of nurses in a region where there is a fantastic culture and camaraderie. Our focus in on staff well-being.  Client and patient care should not be delivered at the expense of staff welfare, it’s about work life integration.

We have fantastic clients and we are active in the local community. We take pride in our collaborative approach; you will have the opportunity to call upon our experienced vets for advice including Certificate Holders and a Diplomate as well as being invited to Leadership Courses so you can better manage your team and the surgery.

The practices are well-equipped with both digital x-ray and dental x-ray, ultrasound, tonometer, bronchoscope and endoscope, blood pressure machine, ECG, full lab including microscope, haematology and biochemistry analyser.

How to become a lead vet?

It is not as difficult as one might think as we provide the correct coaching and training as well as a supportive network of other lead vets.

We teach management and leadership skills as well as how to analyse financial accounts and financial data. The lead vets meet monthly and share information and tips on leading the team. It is very collaborative and supportive.
