The role:

We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to cover the Oxfordshire area and act as a Veterinary Surgeon within three practices. Ideally, we’re looking for someone with the following:

• 1+ Years’ experience as a Veterinary Surgeon
• Experience of working in a sole charge environment
• Interest in working towards a certificate
• Adaptable and able to collaborate with multiple teams across Oxford

We’re also looking for someone who is customer centric alongside being consultative to our clients. This position is great for a Veterinary Surgeon who has the hunger and eagerness to bolster their skill set working alongside some of the best Veterinary Surgeons in the industry.

You will be in a well-equipped practice that offers a wide range of services with ease of access to nearby Medivet practices that specialise in laparoscopic, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, medicine, ultrasonography. Alongside that, you will be local to other Medivet practices that you can get a second opinion on or refer to.

The package for this position is of the following:

• Up to £48,000 (Full time)
• Flexible working either full time or part time
• £1500 CPD allowance + 3 days
• VDS/RCVS/BVA Fees paid
• Five weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays
• Paid 4 week sabbatical after every five years of service
