Veterinary Surgeon - 12 months Maternity Cover
Coalville Vets4Pets
Our busy small animal surgery in Coalville is looking for a personable Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and established team on a 12 months maternity cover from June 2025.
We can be flexible on hours but ideally someone looking to do between 15-25 hours per week. The role would include a Saturday morning rota of 1 in 3.
Our Partners Charlotte Stanley and Dawn Warrington have been at Coalville since it's opening in 2019. Charlotte graduated from Liverpool University in 2015, whilst Dawn has been veterinary nursing for over 30 years!
You will also be joining a friendly, supportive team of 4 vets (one working towards a Certificate in Small Animal Surgery), 5 RVNs and 3 Receptionists.
We offer a generous CPD budget and are happy to support individual interests!
We are looking for an experienced (minimum of 2 years), client focused and approachable vet who is confident with all routine surgical and medical cases. A good knowledge of or interest in exotics would be a real benefit too. We are open to considering vets who are interested in a consults only position.
