Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a clinical team, fostering a culture of excellence.

• Work closely with the Practice Manager to optimise commercial performance and operational efficiency.

• Ensure smooth handovers and transfers of patients requiring enhanced care.

Your Skills and Experience

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with proven experience in a leadership or senior clinical role.

• A passion for exceptional patient and client care, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Strong clinical and commercial acumen, with experience in driving performance.

• Ability to mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
