About Us

Our practice is home to a dedicated team of professionals, including 5 Vets, 7 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Student Veterinary Nurse, 3 Animal Care Assistants, 7 Receptionists, and a Practice Manager. We are proud to be an RCVS-accredited practice, operating with high clinical standards and continuously evolving protocols to ensure best practice and gold-standard care.

Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, our practice includes modern surgical equipment for orthopaedic and soft tissue procedures, digital x-ray, ultrasound, IDEXX blood machines, and dental x-ray. Our team has a diverse range of interests, making for a well-rounded and supportive working environment.

The Role

We can offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with a flexible rota, including 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00 – 5:00 pm) but no out-of-hours, ensuring a great work-life balance.

We welcome applications from both experienced vets and new graduates. If you are a recent graduate, we provide structured mentorship and training to help you develop your surgical and medical skills with confidence. A basic understanding of exotics is advantageous but not essential as we do see some exotic pets. You should be a team player with excellent communication skills, ready to contribute to our positive and collaborative practice culture.

What We Offer:

• Salary: £35,000 - £70,000 pro rata (dependent on experience)

  Our purpose-built practice includes a spacious waiting area, six consult rooms, a dedicated rainbow bridge room, a large prep area, two separate sterile theatres, and separate wards for dogs, cats, isolation cases, and exotics. Additional facilities include a dental theatre, office space, a staff room, and a dedicated wet room with potential for future physiotherapy and hydrotherapy use.
