Here's what the team have to say

"After a difficult set of circumstances, I started my Oakfield journey as a Locum RVN. Because of the support, feeling of belonging, and sense of wellbeing all the Oakfield teams gave me back, I applied for a temporary job here - I now work for Oakfield permanently and have zero regrets . After the post COVID challenges I experienced in the industry, I really feel like I have 'found my people' again and as a result have found my way on my career path again. I can not speak highly enough of all the staff I have worked with both as a Locum and as a Temporary staff member, I always felt included and supported, both personally and professionally, from all levels of staff, which is why I wanted to stay. Coming to work is like coming to another set of family. Everyone just gets on with each other. So many have so much in common and we all just get on, with a little banter along the way. So if you would like to find yourself doing your job in a supportive environment, with a good work/life balance that does not sap your soul, you need to apply" - Alison, Head RVN.
