We have an exciting new opportunity at Mansion Hill for a full-time or part-time Veterinary Receptionist to come on board and join our team.

The Part You'll Play At Mansion Hill

You will be the first point of call for our clients, providing support and compassion. The duties include greeting clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner, scheduling and managing appointments, answering phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, collecting and updating client information in the database, handling medication administration, scanning and organizing paperwork, processing payments and managing debts, and performing cleaning tasks.

Strong customer service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for working with animals and their owners

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Good organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Basic computer knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Your shift pattern

The role offers up to 40 hours per week, including a Saturday rota, with the possibility of extra hours to cover holidays and sickness.
