Night Veterinary Surgeon – Norfolk
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Night Vet to join a well-established, independent practice in a beautiful rural location near Norwich. This role has become available due to one of the team members relocating, offering a unique chance for a veterinary surgeon to join a friendly, close-knit team.
The Role:
- Shift pattern: 7 nights on, 14 nights off – offering excellent work/life balance.
- Opportunities for rest during quieter periods.
This independent practice is family-run, with no plans for corporate acquisition, ensuring a stable and friendly environment. The team fosters a welcoming, family-like atmosphere, making it an ideal workplace for someone looking to become part of a supportive and collaborative group.
What Makes Us Unique:
- Located in a peaceful rural setting, just a short drive from Norwich with all amenities close by.
- State-of-the-art facilities including C.T. scanner, digital and dental X-Rays, ultrasound, and more.
- Gold Feline Friendly and Gold Rabbit Friendly accredited.
- A focus on high-quality care, with an emphasis on patient welfare over volume.
What We’re Looking For:
- A veterinary surgeon with a passion for delivering excellent patient care.
- Someone friendly, approachable, and team-oriented.
- Experience with small animals or exotic pets is a plus but not essential.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary between £60-65k, depending on experience.
- CPD opportunities to help you grow professionally.
- Generous time off and a fantastic work/life balance.
- Additional perks including wellbeing initiatives and opportunities for career progression.
