About the Practice & Team:

This busy, first-opinion hospital boasts a well-established client base and a supportive, experienced team. The practice is home to a collaborative team of 4–5 veterinary surgeons, skilled nurses, and dedicated client care professionals.

The team prioritises continuity of care and the retention of complex cases in-house. A visiting ultrasonographer supports more advanced medical cases, while a trusted orthopaedic and soft tissue specialist provides on-site surgical expertise. The practice actively encourages the pursuit of individual clinical interests and offers robust support to help clinicians thrive.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead the veterinary team, working alongside an experienced Clinical Director to uphold high standards of clinical care. This role offers a varied caseload, including a mix of general practice consultations and surgeries, with protected administrative time each week.

Ideal for someone looking to advance into a leadership position, the role involves mentoring colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring the highest level of patient and client care.

Hours and Rota:

• 40 hours per week over 4 days, with a consistent day off each week.
• Part-time applications are welcome.
• 1 in 4 Saturdays, alternating between full and half days.
• No Sundays, nights, or on-call duties.
