Meaning that you can have the best of both worlds! There is free onsite parking and it has the benefit of being highly visible on the retail park where we are situated. We are located close by to various new build housing developments.

This opportunity will be a partnering with two current Practice Owners who partner in four other practices in the area, so there will be great support and networking available to you. For this opportunity up to 66% of the shares are available.

The Practice has a fantastic team, who really care about their clients and always go above and beyond. The team is kind, friendly and approachable - you only need to check out the google reviews to see how fantastic they are! The practice has:

• Three veterinarians – possible growth to four
• Four RVNs
• One VCA
• Four Receptionists

The current lay out of the practice consists of:

• 3 consult rooms
• A sterile surgical theatre
• Separate cat and dog wards
• Preparation area
• Laboratory area
• Separate dental and x-ray room
• Office
• Staff room

The practice has great equipment such as:

• Dental X-ray
• Ultrasound equipment
• In-house Idexx blood machines, microscopy

There are just over 3000 active clients at the practice, split roughly 67% canine and 33% feline. Currently, more than 50% of clients bonded to the practice through healthcare plans and high percentage of the clients at Waterlooville are insured.
