Veterinary Surgeon – Oak House Veterinary Centre, Mapperley, Nottingham

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our 6 Vet, modern and progressive companion animal practice based on the northern outskirts of Nottingham City.

Unfortunately, our lovely vet is leaving us after 6 & 1/2 years, and we are looking for someone to fill her shoes and join our fabulous, supportive team.

The Role:

The role would ideally suit someone looking at continuing  their professional development and taking on more clinical responsibility both medically and surgically, while working within our excellent team of Vets, RVNs, and support staff.

• Full Time - we are happy to discuss flexible packages and rotas
• No OOH’s - we use Vets Now to provide this service, enabling a better work life balance for our team!
• Excellent Saturday/Bank Holiday rota
• Excellent CPD package

Oak House actively encourages CPD and we are also a Vet Nurse training practice.

We have two branches – Plains Road and Carlton Surgery. All operations and in-patients are treated at our purpose-built clinic at our main Mapperley Plains Surgery. This was opened in 2014 with full consulting, operating, diagnostic & hospitalisation facilities in brand new state of the art premises.
