Emergency Veterinarian | Toronto, Ontario

We are currently recruiting for permanent full-time, part-time and Locum ER DVMs to join our clients super Hospital, based 1hr from Toronto city!

The facility is a new & privately owned Referral and Emergency Services hospital. You would work alongside Neurology, Anesthesiology, Critical Care, Soft Tissue Surgery, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Rehabilitation, Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging, Dermatology, Ophthalmology and Cardiology and a strong support team of ACAs and RVTs.

They have super advanced diagnostic equipment including 3 Tesla MRI, 128 slice CT scan, digital radiography, ultrasound, C-arm, and hyperbaric chamber.  

The Emergency service is open 24/7 and Lead by Two Co-Leads. The shifts are 12.5 hours in length and full-time employees will generally work 12 shifts per month. As an ER DVM, you will perform critical emergency surgeries. If you love surgery they will provide support with their surgeons, external training, and experienced DVMs. If you do not enjoy surgery, please do apply as they will have a spot for you as well.

As a new Hospital, they will require minimum experience of a rotating internship or at least one year of emergency services in a referral or emergency hospital.
