Are you ready to become a valued member of our supportive six-vet equine team? We're looking for a dedicated equine vet to join us in a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to work in one of the most beautiful regions of the UK.

 

About the Role:

 

This ambulatory role covers all aspects of equine practice, making it ideal for an experienced vet who wants to work in a practice with top-tier facilities. We’re seeking a full-time vet but are open to part-time or flexible working hours, including a shared Out-of-Hours (OOH) rota.

Continuous Learning: We host regular clinical club meetings and emphasize a supportive, team-based approach. Our dedicated admin team is here to help you succeed.

 

Specialist Support: Benefit from regular visits by external specialists across various fields.

Our practice is nestled in a charming market town in North Devon, close to the Cornwall border. The town is steeped in history, offering traditional shops, pubs, and local services, all surrounded by stunning countryside. Enjoy walking, cycling, and riding trails, or take a short drive to explore Dartmoor National Park and the breathtaking North Devon coast, home to some of the UK’s best beaches and surf spots.

 

What We Offer:

 

  • Competitive salary up to £50,000, depending on experience] VDS and MRCVS fees covered Two society memberships included Generous CPD allowance: 5 days & £1750 (pro rata) 6.6 weeks of holiday, including bank holidays Company pension and healthcare scheme Enhanced maternity pay
