Veterinary Surgeon: 4 day week

Job Title: Full-Time Veterinarian (4-Day Week if preferred, Part-Time Considered)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to building a strong rapport with our clients, providing consistent and comprehensive care from start to finish. The position offers a flexible 4-day work week with part-time options considered. A competitive salary of £60,000 - £90,000 is offered, with no out-of-hours (OOH) responsibilities There is also opportunity to mentor and train colleagues at the practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality veterinary care and treatment to small animals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care.
• Follow cases through from initial consultation to resolution, ensuring thorough and compassionate care at every step.
• Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Work alongside our fabulous and supportive qualified nursing team, including 7 RVNs and 1 VCA, to deliver superior in-house care.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• A compassionate approach to patient care.

• A valid driver's license.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
