About Our Hospitals

Join a collaborative and supportive team with our clients, who have 3 super independently-owned Hospitals in Mission and Maple Ridge, BC. With state-of-the-art facilities, including digital x-rays and dental x-rays, the Hospitals are equipped to provide high-quality veterinary care. The team have a strong culture and workflow, cultivated by their Lead Vet & Practice Manager, where every team member feels valued and supported.

Position Details

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000+ (flexible based on experience) with production bonuses starting after three months or at the manager's discretion.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, consisting of 5 x 8-hour shifts. Saturday rotations are compensated at 1.5x pay.
• Vacation: 3 weeks paid vacation to start.
• Continuing Education (CE): Up to $2,000 annually with 3 paid CE days.

Support and Structure

• Support Staff: Dedicated Exam Room Assistants for note-taking and treatment assistance, as well as a dedicated Surgical Tech and TA team.
• Appointment Length: 30 minutes.
• Breaks: 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of independent work experience required, including experience in appointments, surgeries, and dentistries.
• Mentorship: While mentorship opportunities are typically available, current new graduate mentorship resources are fully allocated.
