About The Role
This is a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced medical technologies, including laparoscopy, endoscopy, ultrasound, and a specialised rehab centre featuring hydrotherapy. They operate two hospital locations with multiple exam rooms, treatment areas, a surgery suite, and a dental suite. The team includes several experienced veterinarians, each bringing a diverse range of expertise from general medicine to specialised surgical procedures. They pride themselves on a supportive and collaborative environment, where mentorship and professional development are prioritised.
Position Details
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000+ (based on experience) plus production bonus and additional bonuses (retention, signing, relocation).
- Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week with a 1-hour paid lunch break.
- Vacation: 3 weeks of paid vacation to start.
- Continuing Education (CE): Up to $3,000 provided with 3 paid CE days.

Support Structure
- Support Staff: Multiple RVTs and exam room assistants to support diagnostics and treatments.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Open to new graduates; however, experience in general medicine and spay/neuter is preferred.
- Skills: The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in developing further skills in areas such as ultrasounds, surgery, and rehabilitation.
