Job Details
Due to growth and expansion of the team and practice, we are looking for a friendly, experienced veterinary surgeon to join the team based in the market town of Epsom, Surrey. The practice is ideally situated close to the town centre, the train station and also offers free onsite parking. You will work with modern state of the art equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound with Doppler, a growing orthopaedic kit along with separate dog, cat and isolation wards.
Our practice owner is an experienced and confident veterinary surgeon having qualified 20 years ago. She is joined by a talented and supportive team of 1 full time Veterinary Surgeon, 4 RVNs, two student nurses along with veterinary care assistants, receptionists and a practice manager.
We offer a supportive and progressive work environment and is we support further learning opportunities for all of the team. The practice is also an approved nurse training centre.
The practice has a growing client base which means we see a wide variety of interesting cases! We offer 15 minute consults as standard but 30 minute consults for puppy vaccinations and new clients.
The rota is structured to be as fair as possible and to ensure a great work/life balance.
