Head Veterinary Nurse

We are looking for an experienced veterinary Nurse to join us in a leadership role as the Head of our fantastic nursing team in Northwich Vets for Pets; the perfect steppingstone if you're looking for progression in your career.

Whether you're looking for a promotion or have previously held a head nurse position we will support you, along with our highly experienced regional team, in taking on this exciting new challenge. We encourage and support our nurses to develop their skills, and clinical coaching opportunities are available. We'll also support you if you'd would like to undertake an advanced certificate.

You'll be joining our welcoming, fun and inclusive team who are keen for all colleagues to have a voice and share ideas to have a real impact on the success of our practice and drive the business forward. You will help with the daily running of the practice and lead by example, using your training and experience to its fullest to mentor others, delivering the highest standards of client and patient care.

This is a full -time role with weekends on a shared basis to keep it fair for everyone. There's no OOHs and we are keen to ensure that we all have a very healthy work/life balance.
