An exciting opportunity has arisen at our small animal practice in Hemel Hempstead Companion Care for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and welcoming team.
Based on the busy Retail Park in the Pets at Home store, we can offer a fantastic location to work, as well as having all the usual toys and plenty of onsite parking.
You will be joining an existing team of 4 vets, 2 Nurses, 3 VCA's and 3 Receptionists.

We are a busy first opinion practice which would give you the opportunity to see a range of interesting cases and take them as far as you possible for you. As a team we enjoy case discussions which contribute to broadening horizons for all.
This is a fast moving environment where team support is always available and any level of experience would be considered. A younger vet's up to date knowledge is always a great addition to the older vet's experience.
This a full time position (40 hours) with a 4 day work week, a shared weekend rota of 1 in 3 Saturdays and Sundays with 3 days off following any weekend rota shift as well as one 3 day weekend per shift rotation.
