Due to expansion we are excited to grow our wonderful nursing team. Come and join Holly, Claire and Ellen who are led by our Head Nurse Shirley in providing outstanding patient care. We are a super friendly team who support and look out for each other.

We are constantly learning and sharing our knowledge in regular nurse meetings to ensure we are nursing our patients based on up to date evidence rather than because we have always done it that way.

We have the opportunity to take responsibility for case management in a supportive environment where we are encouraged to show initiative and discuss with the veterinary surgeon an individualised care plan for each patient each day.

We have the privilege of working alongside board certified specialists in Cardiology, Orthopaedic, Soft tissue and Neurology surgery as well as advanced practitioner in medicine and Ophthalmology. We are also supported by our lovely intern, reception and admin teams.

We have onsite CT, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, Digital X-Ray, ECG, Holter monitoring, two well equipped theatres with warm air devices, multi-parameter monitoring at all anaesthetic stations, nerve location for nerve block application, train of four monitoring for neuromuscular blockade.

If you do not have previous referral experience, that's no problem, a full induction will be provided.

We are located in the beautiful countryside just outside Royal Hillsborough with plenty of free onsite parking.

This is a part time position with no weekend or bank holidays.

Requirements:-

• Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
• Up to date CPD record
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Caring professional attitude.
