We do our own out of hours which is completely separate from the small animal and is one night per week with paid retainer and 1 weekend in 4 with paid retainer or TOIL. About Us
Come to the beautiful Isle of Man, an island 33 miles long by 13 miles wide in the middle of the Irish sea, between the UK and Ireland. We have 3 clinics, our main branch is in the capital Douglas, with the other branches in the south and the west. We have not got a northern branch, but this is not a problem as nowhere is more than half an hour away!
Whether you are single or coming with a family, the Isle of Man is a beautiful place to live, with lots of rural areas and a strong farming community. With easy access to beaches and open countryside, lovely restaurants and cafes, there is plenty to do. The Isle of Man is very multicultural with people having relocated here from all over the world. It is a welcoming place, and there is something for everyone, no matter what you enjoy.
There are also good connections by air and sea to the UK and Ireland, if you want to explore further afield. We also have the lowest crime rate in the British Isles. The Isle of Man is the only entire nation UNESCO Biosphere and has dark skies status. It is also home to the Manx Cat. There are lots of different sporting clubs and events, not least the island is probably most well known as the host of the famous Isle of Man TT Races. This motorcycle festival is held each year in early June and sees competitors racing on the islands 37.73-mile-long mountain course.
