Clinical Director – Southport Vets - Salary up to £75k D.O.E

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vet with an interest in leading a committed and supportive team based in Southport, to join us as our Clinical Director on a 9-month maternity cover contract, starting October 2023. You will be working in a purpose-built, well-equipped practice consisting of four consult rooms, one theatre, a dental suite and a host of facilities, which includes a brand new Lap kit arriving summer 2023! There is room to grow and expand the services offered.

This is a role which will allow you to maintain your clinical skills whilst utilising and developing people leadership and business management skills. Experience in the promotion and development of colleagues along with good knowledge of practice financial stability and growth would be an advantage.

This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week, worked over 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday), with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8am-12pm, with time off in lieu following a weekend worked. We would also be able to accommodate a 3-day week working Monday, Tuesday & Friday, with 1 in 3 weekends, if preferred.

Salary up to £75k, dependent on experience.
