Registered Veterinary Nurse Position, Wirral

Independent small animal and exotics practice is seeking an RVN to join their close-knit team in the Wirral. With no OOHs, no Weekends and a salary of up to £32,000!

Are you a registered veterinary nurse looking for a fulfilling role in a supportive, close-knit team? Look no further! This independent small animal and exotics practice in the Wirral is looking for a new RVN to join their team of 2 vets and 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, and 2 ACAs.

The practice will welcome applicants at any level of experience and this varied role includes nurse consults, clinics, health checks, bloods, post-op checks, assisting in theatre, anaesthetics and schedule 3 work. The practice prides itself on using their nurses to their fullest potential, giving you the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.

The amazing work rota offers full-time hours over a 5-day week, offering a mixture of shifts between 8.30 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, with no OOHs or weekends, providing a fantastic work-life balance and the practice is also open to part-time applicants.

The practice can offer support where necessary however a more experience nurse who would be willing to become or already is a clinical coach would be benecifical to the practice.

Package and Benefits

• Salary of between £26,000-£32,000 depending on experience
• 5-day CPD allowance as well as certificate support
• No OOHs or weekends
• VDS cover
• RCVS fees paid

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registered on the RCVS as a Veterinary Nurse
• Eligible to work in the UK
