The Role

Here at Zetland Vets, we are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to cover maternity. The role will be based at Patchway Veterinary Centre in North Bristol. Our Nurses do a mix of consulting shifts alongside anaesthetics for our operating Vet three days a week.

 We can be flexible with the hours but would ideally want someone to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8.30am-5:00pm as a minimum, and if possible be able to join our Saturday rota at Zetland Road working one in 8-10 Saturdays from 8:30am-5:00pm. There is no out of hours. The role is maternity cover but there is the opportunity for a permanent role within the group after this.

 The salary for this role will be up to £29,000 depending on experience.

 About Us

We have a lovely and dedicated client base and are a satellite branch for a large hospital in central Bristol. The hospital site is fully equipped with a lab and imaging facilities, while our branch is focused on providing excellent routine and first opinion care to our many longstanding clients and their pets.

At our branch we have one Vet, one Nurse and two Receptionists. We have several certificate holders at our central hospital site.
