Here at YourVets Sheldon we have an opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team where you will work alongside some amazing Vets, Nurses and support staff.

This role will provide you with a good work life balance, whether you are interested in part-time or full-time roles (and we will consider flexible working hours). The full time role is only 4 days a week with 1:3 Saturdays and no sole charge! You will have a set operating day every week and we offer an extra day off every 4 weeks to ensure you have a 3 day break once a month.

We are ideally looking for someone with experience. If you have a special interest that would be a bonus however as long as you are passionate and driven, we would be keen to speak with you!

Being part of a bigger group of 5 practices consisting of 35 FTE Vets with multiple certificate holders providing the opportunity for clinical progression and to see your cases through from start to finish.

We are known for our team spirit here at Sheldon, strong team retention and a wide range of knowledge and experience on board. You will join our team of 8 vets, 9 RVN's (6 PT), 4 SVN's, 4 Patient Care Assistants and 6 receptionists giving you great support. We benefit from a double operating theatre with orthopaedic equipment, ophthalmology equipment including slit lamp and Tonopen, dental suite, digital imaging including ultrasound and in house laboratory.
