We are based in Oakwood, a suburb of Derby, and in addition to this practice we are supported by our Tier 3 accredited hospital and 7 practice sites – all our sites are accredited by the RCVS under the Practice Standards Scheme. We have an enthusiastic and close knit team of a Registered veterinary Nurse, Veterinary Care Assistant and Client Care Advisors and are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to complete our team. We are a well-established practice with a loyal client base in the heart of the community within the main shopping area. There are lots of local shops, sports centre and easy access to public transport giving access to the city centre.

Centrally located there are great transport links to the rest of the country with trains running from Derby to London, Nottingham, Birmingham and Leeds to name a few making it an ideal location for visiting friends and family and East Midlands airport is just 30 minutes away.

Derbyshire is home to the picturesque Peak District National park for those who enjoy walking, climbing, cycling and water activities. For those who love culture there is a good variety of entertainment at Derby Theatre, local gigs, and country houses.
