Brook House (Southampton)
Head Vet Role at Southampton Hub
We are looking for a full time experienced veterinary surgeon to help us develop the clinical expertise and customer care across our 4 sites. This role will not be based at a particular practice but will move across all the sites, working clinically but also supporting and developing our less experienced vets and quickly expanding the team of skilled vets as they progress with their certificates.
Our ideal candidate will be a driven experienced vet who can encourage development of other vets skills, can embrace CVS policies and encourage their team to do the same. They will also be keen to develop our QI within the practice and help us be a forward thinking, gold standard practice.
This role involves the line management of the veterinary surgeons, including monthly catch ups. It will also involve working closely alongside the practice director, head nurse and head receptionist to ensure our 4 sites are working efficiently and to the same standards.
On rota this role has the ability to have flexibility on the hours worked.
