Veterinary Surgeon - No OOH

It's finally time to expand and we are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our team of vets, who between them have a wealth of knowledge spanning nearly 50 years. The practice is small animal only dealing in both first opinion and ophthalmic referrals, with 2 experienced RVN's, 5 VCA's and 4 reception staff.

This is a well established independant practice in the beautiful seaside town of Saltburn-by-the-sea, near to the North York Moors.

This will be an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to gain experience and exposure to a wide variety of cases, both medical and surgical, with the benefit of support from senior experienced vets.

The practice was established in 2018 in a purpose built unit with well-equipped facilities and a beautiful in-house laboratory, and quickly became an important part of the community.

No day is ever the same, from consults to surgery our vets have the opportunity to pursue their own interests and we want the new Vet to utilise and develop their skills.

Salary will be between £30,000 and £40,000 depending on experience.

We work a daily rota of 08:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 12:00 on a Saturday. there is no out of hours work.

We feel that the job would suit a new or recent graduate.
