Registered Veterinary Nurse | Hospital | Independant

The Practice:

GVC are providing recruitment support to an independently run hospital situated in South Wales, (approx. 20 minutes from Cardiff) in their search for an Registered Veterinary Nurse. This opportunity is open to both experienced nurses and final year/newly qualified students.

An RCVS accredited clinic providing a comprehensive clinical service to include in house referrals of orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery alongside their own inpatient and ECC.

You will be joining a team of over 20 qualified and training nurses including those with further qualifications and interests in anaesthesia, exotics, feline medicine and behaviour.

This is a varied role encouraging the full use of nursing skills to include managing inpatients, monitoring anaesthesia, assisting in surgical and diagnostic procedures, consulting in nurse clinics, dispensing medications, triaging patients and advising clients.

• Rota Hours: Full-time position with a share of weekends and an OOH rota
