OOH Veterinary Surgeon | Warrington | Excellent Salary | 7 Nights On/14 Nights Off

GVC are providing recruitment support to a large veterinary group who are actively recruiting for a Out of Hours Veterinary Surgeon based in Cheshire.

The Practice:

As an Out of Hours Veterinary Surgeon, you will be joining this veterinary centre at an incredibly exciting time as they move into a brand-new, fully refurbished building whilst also establishing their very own OOH function. As well as looking after their clients 24/7, they will also be providing an OOH service to another seven practices in the area.

Subsequently, they are looking to recruit 3 ECC Vets to join the OOH team. You will take care of current inpatients and any emergency cases from another 7 of the outlying practices, working sole charge on a rota which will involve 7 nights on/14 nights off between the hours of 7pm and 8am. You will ideally have had some exposure of working within a Small Animal OOH function.

Applicant requirements:
 
To be considered for this position, you must have the following or clearly be able to demonstrate your suitability for the role by showing:
 
• Relevant veterinary qualification from an accredited university recognised in the UK
• Relevant language skills – English
• Licenced to provide veterinary care in the UK – RCVS registered
• Right to work in the UK
