MiNightVet Bristol (Highcroft)
Hybrid OOH RVN – MiNightVet - Bristol
Are you looking for a new clinical challenge whilst maintaining a great work life balance?
Here at MiNightVet Bristol we are looking to recruit a Hybrid OOH veterinary nurse to complete our current team at Highcroft Veterinary Hospital, Whitchurch, Bristol!
Our RCVS registered Tier 3 hospital is equipped with high tech, specialised facilities enabling our clinicians to deliver rapid response treatment.
The role would comprise of:
7 nights out of 28 working 6:30pm-7:30am
Then either; 7 nights off followed by 2 x 4-day weeks or 3 x 2-day weeks.
We are happy to discuss other variations to the working patterns if required.
During the OOH shifts, you will be working alongside a dedicated night team, which includes another OOH RVN, a full-time overnight Vet, a twilight Vet, and two Patient Care Assistants.
This role would suit an experienced and confident Registered Veterinary Nurse with excellent communication and organization skills who can deliver high quality care to emergency and critical patients.
Benefits
We know that benefits are key, and that your personal benefits priorities will differ from others. Holidays, pensions, discounts, paternal leave, fee payments or share save schemes might be your priority. Flexible working is essential for others, and we are very open to finding a creative working pattern that suits. For clinical staff, CPD is probably critical. Just so you know we offer a wide range of amazing CPD – you'll have access to Knowledge Hub, the best online veterinary learning resource within the industry - and we also offer an allowance to spend on external courses too. If you'd like to learn more, do feel free to contact the recruiter managing this campaign and ask them to talk you through our offerings. Or, if easier, you can find a list at on our careers site CVS Employee Benefits- what we can offer you. (cvsukltd.co.uk)
