Clinical Director - Staines Vets4Pets
- Salary up to £90,000 DOE
- Permanent, Full-time
At Staines VetsforPets we're offering a salary up to £90,000 for an experienced Vet to join our friendly team as Clinical Director.
We recently opened the doors to our state of the art, purpose-built surgery which is situated inside one of our new concept Pets at Home stores.
The practice can offer you the environment, caseload and equipment needed to utilise the skills you've gained to date whilst also giving you plenty of opportunity to develop further.
We are proactive to continually support postgraduate qualifications and CPD for training in your areas of interest and you'll receive support from our highly experienced regional team, to guide you in your transition to leadership. You may even be interested in partnership in the future, and, if so, this is an option here too!
You'll be joining an inclusive, supportive team who are passionate about being at the heart of the local community. Staines VetsforPets is situated on the Two Rivers Retail Park, providing ample parking, and has a nearby bus stop and a train station not too far. Staines also benefits from being the closest town to Heathrow Airport and easily accessible from the M25, or 35 minutes by train from London, making it the perfect location for get aways, or trips home during your time off.
This is a full time position, but we can consider part time hours if you have other commitments. Weekends are on a rota basis with limited cover to keep it fair for everyone, and there's no OOHs.
As standard, we offer all the benefits you'd expect from a major employer (pension, healthcare, paid memberships etc.) plus a few more, such as excellent career progression and exclusive lifestyle and shopping discounts (up to 30% off at Pets at Home). We're also happy to provide Rental subsidies and relocation packages from within or outside the UK, including visa sponsorship if wanted (we're an A+ rated sponsor).
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to help build and shape our surgery with the support and guidance of an experienced industry network. You'll need to be confident with all routine surgical and medical cases but perhaps most importantly, you will be a personable and approachable vet who enjoys building relationships with our lovely patients, clients, and the wider team.
So, if you share our passion for delivering outstanding pet healthcare, exceptional customer service and would like to join our team, then we would love to hear from you.
Pets just see people. And just like pets, we embrace everyone's differences. We work to break down barriers, attract and develop diverse talent, and create a culture that allows everyone to be the best they can be.
Our diversity and inclusion vision is that everyone is welcome and feels part of our business. So, if you think you're a good match to what we are looking for, and you share our belief that together ‘we're better with pets', we're waiting to hear from you, whatever your background or circumstances.
