Here at willow Vets we are excited to be recruiting for a Student Veterinary Nurse to join our team to work across both sites Hellesdon and Thorpe.
We are looking for an individual who possesses great communication skills, is passionate about promoting exceptional animal care and enjoys working in a team environment.
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week with a mixture of early and late shifts and every other weekend.
You will be reliable with a willingness to learn and be able to work within a team.
Experience and Qualifications needed:
Our ideal applicant will be reliable with a willingness to learn and to be able to work within a team. Previous experience in a veterinary environment is essential.
-Five GCSEs at grade C and above (or equivalent), which must include English language, maths and a science subject.
OR
-An animal nursing assistant (ANA) or veterinary care assistant (VCA) qualification, along with functional skills level two in application of number and communication.
