The Practice:

GVC are providing recruitment support to a recognised Small Animal Veterinary Hospital in Vancouver who are actively recruiting for a Qualified Veterinary Nurse to join their team.

Seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join their exceptional team to assist in providing outstanding veterinary care for complex medical problems through an ECC service.

• Candidates must be available to work rotational shifts including weekends, nights, & overnights.
• Own a can-do attitude and passion for animal care.
• Demonstrated skills, experience and training that would qualify the individual for a position of responsibility
• Diploma in Veterinary Technology/Registered with the RCVS or a recognised equivalent qualification within a recognised university.
• Training and continuing education will be encouraged towards specialized positions.

Details of the role & package:

• Role type: Permanent  
• Rota Hours: Full time - 4 days a week - 10.5 hour days or 5 days a week with 8.5 hour days
• Starting Wage: $27.00/hr CDN (no experience) Shift premiums for evening and overnight shift
