MiLab Harleston
At MiLab we supply and maintain in-house diagnostic analysers for veterinary practices across the UK, Republic of Ireland and The Netherlands.
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Service and Support Technician at our site in Harleston. The role is a mixture of field and office based, the main responsibilities of the role include traveling to service our analysers within veterinary practices, servicing and testing analysers in our offices at Harleston and providing telephone technical support to customers.
Hours: 8:30-17:00 office hours and varied hours for field-based work.
No experience necessary, all training will be provided.
Person specification: We are looking for a positive, pro-active person who enjoys working independently and as part of a small team, who thrives on a challenge with a fast changing role and has excellent customer service skills.

In addition to a starting salary of £20,800 per annum, we offer additional probationary & incremental training increases and benefits including;
Please note: Travelling to veterinary practices in UK, Ireland and Netherlands is required for this role; therefore a full clean driving licence is essential. A pool car will be provided for travel.

- Confident driving long distances – A pool car will be provided
- Flexibility to be able to travel working away from home at short notice
- Excellent telephone customer service skills
- Skilful manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move analysers weighing up to 28kg on and offsite
- Able to adapt and learn new skills
