Here at Pet Doctors Wootton we are looking for a Small Animal Vet to join our team and nuture our surgery caseload. We can offer up to 40 hours a week for this role and are happy to discuss flexible working. Your new role will be working at our Wootton site which is part of the larger IOW Hub with an overall team of 90 colleagues. Our ethos as a newly merged group is to bring out the best in our individuals. We have 6 weekly team meetings and CPD sessions, built by the teams desire to learn and share.
We foster psychological safety to promote the best for our team and patients wellbeing.
We reflect on our cases with our head of quality improvement as a team.
