We are a 6 site group on the IOW from Consult only branches, to a 24 hour dedicated hospital. With an overall team of 90 colleagues, each of our locations offers something different.
Our ethos as a newly merged group is to bring out the best in our individuals. We have 6 weekly team meetings and CPD sessions, built by the teams desire to learn and share.
We foster psychological safety to promote the best for our team and patients wellbeing.
We reflect on our cases with our head of quality improvement as a team.
