Veterinary Surgeon - up to 55k D.O.E.- Gosport Vets4Pets

Gosport Vets4Pets is looking for a veterinary surgeon to help us continue to deliver the highest standard of care in the business. This position is for a full-time vet, but we're more than happy to discuss a part-time position. We're looking for a veterinary surgeon confident with all routine medical and surgical cases.

We have a generous CPD budget and fully support certificates for the vets and nurses. The full-time rota is 40h per week, in a 4 day/week pattern. We are open Saturdays (9am-12pm), shared 1 in 4 within the team.

We're closed on Sundays and bank holidays

We have a very well established and supportive team of 2.5 Veterinary surgeons (GpCert ophthalmology and medicine in the team) , 7 highly skilled Registered veterinary nurses, 1 SVN, 1 VCA, 7 very experienced receptionists.

We do some orthopaedics, a wide range of soft tissue surgery and we are about to begin laparoscopic surgery. Our medicine caseload is diverse and we have a good quality ultrasound machine, digital XR and a new Idexx machine.
