We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Registered Veterinary Nurse or final year Student Veterinary Nurse to join the team at Severn Edge Vets, working at our Ludlow and Craven Arms practices.

Ludlow is a small practice with a close-knit, friendly and fun team, who will never fail to put a smile on your face. You would be sole nurse here for the majority of your shifts, so your role here would be nurse clinics, operations and internal lab work. You will be supported by a patient care assistant and reception team.

Craven Arms is a slightly larger and busier practice. The team here celebrate their differences and are a hardworking and supportive team, who always have snacks. Here you will be one of two nurses for the majority of your shifts and will be supported by a patient care assistant and a reception team. These shifts will also include some nurse clinics and operations.

Throughout our teams we have abundant opportunities for progression within the business aided by internal and external CPD and development courses. What we are looking for: A qualified RVN or a final year Student VN. Our ideal candidate will be proactive, friendly and personable and someone who has team work and high clinical standards at the core of their values.

This is a part-time role and hours are – Thursday 8.30am-6.30pm (1 hour lunch break) at Ludlow, and Friday 8.30am-6.30pm (1 hour lunch break) at Craven Arms and will include 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.30am-12.30pm at Craven Arms. We have scope for more hours at either site, if required.

Salary: £23,500 to £35,000 pro rata, dependent on experience and qualification.
