Role and responsibilities:

We are looking for a lead clinical director to join our award-winning friendly team, to be part of our progressive, growing and highly successful practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader to further develop their career across a multi-site high revenue business. with experience of being a consistent strategic leader ensuring high quality delivery of business activities. 

You will have overall responsibility for financial delivery of the business, with an entrepreneurial approach for identifying opportunities to develop strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.

You will ensure that clinical quality improvement as well as Associate fulfilment and engagement, are an integral part of your practice outputs, alongside a culture of being committed to excellence in all that is done.

Rota and package

• Salary of up to £75,000 - £100,000 D.O.E. permanent, full-time (40hrs)

About Us

We are a small animal, first opinion and referral practice with a strong management team. Our vet team of 16 includes 7 Certificate holders, plus a further 6 Vets currently studying. These include cardiology, dermatology, medicine, dentistry, ophthalmology, and surgery - soft tissue and orthopedic. We also have our very own night team.
