Full or Part Time RVN required between 24 and 40 hours per week.
Salary up to £30,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us at Bracken Veterinary as a Registered Veterinary Nurse!
Bracken Vets is a busy small animal Veterinary practice in central Bracknell within walking distance of The Lexicon.
The ideal applicant will be an excellent communicator who enjoys working as part of team in a busy but fun environment. We have an increased rabbit and guinea pig caseload and would be happy to support further CPD and training if you have a particular interest in this area.
We pride ourselves on our great relationship with our clients and our high level of patient care and you will be key to developing and maintaining this.
We are also a Nurse training practice and have a motivated and driven nursing team. There are opportunities to mentor one of our student nurses whether you are a current clinical supervisor or would like to train as one. At our practice we actively encourage CPD and we have many certificate holders within the group, so if you are looking to do your certificate let us know!
We have high standards of care and expertise with advanced surgery's and medical cases. Our Nurses' skills are valued and used every day; taking bloods, placing IVs, monitoring anaesthetics, taking x-rays and running nurse clinics.
Participation in the Saturday Rota (1:4 Saturday mornings) is essential with time back in lieu.
