Our well-established Stockport practice is seeking enthusiastic Veterinary Nurses to join the team at our RCVS Tier 2 accredited surgery.

We are a progressive practice, located just off M60 near to the Pyramid and enjoy an excitingly varied caseload as well as a great flow of potential new clients. We are recognised as one of the largest practices in the North of England which shows in the client base we currently possess.

Our bright, spacious surgery is purpose-built to industry leading standards, with state-of-the-art equipment. In January we saw a full refurbishment of the practice which included a mezzanine level and colleague room expansion. This refurbishment has allowed for investment in additional equipment such a new high spec ultrasound suite.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of services for our clients, but also high quality to our own colleagues, which is represented in our dedicated office space and colleague rooms.

Practice Partners, Kobus Rautenbach MRCVS, Jack Ferrario MRCVS, John-Michael Maloney, Practice Manager and Sharon Blundell RVN, lead a vibrant team of colleagues including 12 Vets, 11 Nurses, 7 VCAs and a supportive client care team. By joining us you will be part of a great team who provide superb standards of client and animal care.

We can offer full or part time vacancies with hours and shift that suit you and your requirements and lifestyle.  No shifts are too small or large we can accomodate you! There is also no OOH or on call duties.

You will need to be a dynamic and proactive Nurse with solid all-round skills. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the veterinary nurse role, including running busy nurse clinics. Due to the nature of the practice, we can accommodate both experienced nurses and recently qualified nurses, as we can provide the in-practice support.

Not only do we provide a great working environment, but we also offer an excellent benefits package which includes:

  • Salary starting from £23k for recently qualified nurses, rising upwards with the relevant experience
