We are a small animal veterinary practice with a wonderful team of 15 vets split across 4 sites and dedicated nurses who will support you in your role in our well-equipped practice. Our teams experience varies from new graduate to members who have been with us over 20 years, and whos interests include cardiology, ophthalmology, neurology and surgery.

We believe team moral and well being is very important and aim to arrange team social events such as quiz's, meals, drinks or even a beach dog walk with our beloved pets.

This role would suit a vet surgeon with proven experience who is happy with all routine surgical procedures, medical work ups and consultations.

This is a permanent position where we really are open to hearing what works for you, below is an idea of some of the rota patterns we could offer you.

The role will involve being included on our inpatient on-call rota, with less than 1-week night per week on duty.

• 40 hours per week with 1 in 8 full weekends at Midsomer Norton, Saturday 9.00 – 17.00, Sunday 10.00 – 16.00 and 1 in 8 Saturdays at Frome Consult only Saturday 9.00 – 17.00.
• A 2 week on 2 week off working rota
• Consulting only position
• A position based at one of our branches in Midsomer Norton or Haycombe
