Orthopaedic Registered Veterinary Nurse Role, Stockport

A new Orthopaedic RVN position has become available at this exciting Stockport hospital, with flexible working hours and amazing career progression opportunites!

The growing orthopaedic team at this referral hospital set in Stockport is looking for a new member to join them. The team is made up of dedicated orthopaedic surgerons as well as an experienced orthopaedic nursing team who commit themselves to offering the highest standard of care to all patients.

The main responsibilities are assiting with complex and varied orthopeadic surgery, anaesthetics using a variety of techniques as well as caring for both in and out patients. The ideal candidate for this position would be confident in their clinical nursing abilities and have an interest in orthopaedics.

Key Duties
This role is ideally a full time role over 4 or 5 days, but for the right candidate the practice would consider part time applicants. This position also has just 1 in 6 weekends which allows for a fantastic work-life balance.

Package and Benefits

• Salary of £24,000-£29,000 depending on experience
• Many of the nurses are working towards certificates and CPD is encouraged and funded

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registered on the RCVS to work as a Veterinary Nurse
• Confident Veterinary Nurse
