!!Exciting Career Development Opportunity!! New to our team structure, we are looking for a Senior Vet to oversee our Ambivet Heanor practice.
A Senior Vet, reporting into our Clinical Director, will lead the practice and clinical team, be an ambassador for our peoples wellbeing and clinical progression whilst ensuring the delivery of our patient and client care are to our usual high standards.
This is an exciting new role which gives you a lot of responsibility and accountability. You'll line manage a team, clinical complaint management, hold staff meetings, have a passion and want to train to be a Vet GPP Advisor in order to mentor and support our new grads within the practice.
Whilst still enjoying a clinical hands on vet role, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your first steps into leadership and management. With the support of your Clinical Director and wider Group, you will play a key part in the practices evolving journey of providing exceptional quality care.
As a candidate, you will have the passion and want to lead a team of people, be enthusiastic and motivating. You will be confident in your approaches as a Vet in order to coach, mentor and get the best out of your people.
