Veterinary Surgeon - Full or Part Time
Bromsgrove Vets4Pets
Are you a forward thinking, motivated vet looking to progress your career within a modern, growing practice? Whatever you're looking for in your veterinary career, you'll find it here with us.
In joining us at Bromsgrove Vets4Pets, you can expect to receive a great remuneration package including:
We are proud of our RCVS Practice Standards accreditation and Silver accredited ISFM cat friendly status, but we are also proud of our culture and ethos. We know how important work life balance is, so we offer this role with a flexible rota if desired and just 1 in 4 Saturdays. We work in 60-90-minute blocks with 15-minute breaks, 15-minute consult time as standard and ensure that 1 hour is blocked out for lunch. We also hold quarterly 1:2:1's wellbeing and progression reviews, as well as having a trained Mental Health First Aider on site.
Supported by a very experienced nursing team, our nurses are equipped and enabled to do all the work you don't have too, allowing you to concentrate on providing the highest level of veterinary care.
Growing all the time and seeing a variety of interesting surgical and medical cases and a high percentage of insured clients, we are now looking for a veterinary surgeon to join our existing team of 3 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN and 3 receptionists.
The practice itself is bright, spacious and air conditioned with all the equipment you'd expect from a busy GP practice including digital X-ray, ultrasound, full lab area, and separate dog and cat wards.
In return for working in a great practice with loyal clients and supportive colleagues, we are looking for an experienced team player, with great communication, general surgical and medical skills.
If you share our passion for delivering outstanding pet healthcare, great customer service and would like to join our team we would love to hear from you.
We want our colleagues to be as diverse as our clients. Our teams are inclusive and celebrate difference, so it you meet our role requirements, we'd love to hear from you.
