Veterinary Surgeon - Full Time

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Vet to join our outstanding and well-established practice, Companion Care Aylesbury!
As you would expect from the market leader in small animal veterinary care we offer a supportive and friendly working environment and benefits that include:
This is a full time role, however you will not be required to work OOH as we have an excellent out-of-hours service provider. You should ideally be a confident surgeon with general and medical skills, capable of working sole charge at times, and with a strong customer-service focus. You'll be passionate about providing an excellent service and working as part of a highly skilled team. You'll also enjoy a variety of cases and have the ability to work these up to a high standard. Enthusiasm and energy are a must, as is a willingness to communicate with colleagues and clients, in the best interests of our patients. CPD and study towards a certificate is actively encouraged, with a surgical certificate holder and advanced practitioner already developing their careers in practice.
We're a strong and experienced clinical team of 7 Vets and 8 Nurses led by Oliver Watson, who share a passion of providing superb standards of client and animal care. Oliver graduated from RVC in 2006 and became a partner at Companion Care Aylesbury in 2013. The surgery is built to industry leading standards, and has state of the art equipment, including Orthopaedic surgical equipment, video endoscope, ultrasound with colour flow Doppler, digital x-ray, in house lab and tonopen. We see a varied a caseload and have a keen interest in orthopaedic surgery, so there is plenty of opportunity for you to progress in this area.
