Roving Registered Veterinary Nurse required at Summercourt Vets, Caerphilly

The Role

Here at Summerhill Vets, we are looking for a Roving Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team. The role will include general nursing duties, this will be based at our Caerphilly practice but there will also be cover needed at Blackwood. 

The rota will include working 39 hours per week over 5 days. The shifts are variable between the hours of 8:30am-6.30pm.  There are no out-of-hours or weekends with this role.

The salary will be up to £25,000 depending on experience.

About Us

We are a large and busy practice very close to town with lovely walks, supermarkets and leisure facilities close by. We are fully equipped with X-ray, ultrasound, dental machine, dental X-ray, separate dog/cat waiting areas, and kennels.  

Currently, we have 1 Veterinary Surgeon, 1 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Student Veterinary Nurses, 1 Animal Nursing Assistant, and 2 part time Receptionists.

Applicant Requirements 

You must be an RCVS Qualified and Registered Veterinary Nurse
