Head Veterinary Surgeon Job, Maida Vale, London

A rare and unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking London practice in a Lead Vet capacity. Located close to Notting Hill with a salary up to £70,000.

We are on the look out for a fantastic, open-minded Veterinary Surgeon to join a large, expanding team in the heart of West London. You will be joining a progressive first opinion practice where the pets and pet-owners are at the heart of everything. You can be an experienced Head Vet, or you can be an experienced looking to make that next step up in your career; we want to hear from you!

As a head vet, you will uphold excellent clinical standards, whilst also delivering client care that goes above and beyond. You will lead the junior vets through support and mentoring, allowing the team to grow clinically and maximise the practice's performance. You will also be responsible for working towards the improvement of your team's clinical standards.

The practice is an open, airy building, offering an array of services to pups, kittens, golden oldies and everything in between. As well as the standard tools, there is a whole host of toys including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound and physiotherapy equipment.

In return, a successful candidate will receive a generous and competitive salary of up to £70,000. There is also the opportunity to exceed this amount with a company bonus scheme on top of the base salary. Certificates are actively encouraged and supported and therefore allow a vet to pursue their career ambitions how they see fit.
