Veterinary Surgeon required at Winterbourne & Brimsham Vets
The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part time Veterinary Surgeon wishing to join our wonderful team at our Rowe Winterbourne and Rowe Brimsham Practice’s.
We are looking for someone to join us on a part time basis working three days per week on a Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
You will have a dedicated operating day each week where you will not consult until 16.00PM, if consult only is more your preference we can accommodate this for you.
You will participate in our weekend rota, where you will get to see true ECC cases, working alongside 2 other vets on a Saturday and Sunday on a 1:8 pattern.
Salary
The salary for this role is up to £63,000 (FTE) depending on experience.
About Us
Rowe Winterbourne and Rowe Brimsham are well-equipped practices, based just outside Bristol. We have the benefit of on-site digital X-ray, separate dental X-ray equipment, ultrasound, blood pressure monitoring and more.
About the Team and Culture
The team at Rowe Veterinary Group are an experienced large team of Veterinary Surgeons with many of the team holding certificates in Medicine, Surgery and Cardiology.
We are a friendly, supportive team working to a high clinical standard. You will work alongside our three full time Veterinary Surgeons, 2 RVN’s, a Student RVN, Animal Care Assistant and Support Team.
Applicant Requirements
The ideal candidate will have sound surgical skills as well as excellent consultation skills. An approachable and consultative style is essential in this role. Support is available for anyone interested in studying for a certificate.
